THE EAST INDIA COMPANY LAUNCHES TEA TASTING SERVICE IN QATAR

One of its most popular event bookings in its London Mayfair branch, tea tasting is ideal for beginners and connoisseurs alike introducing  a range of exclusive white, green, oolong and black tea, along with insights into the history, flavour notes and tasting techniques of each tea.

East India Company’s Tea Master, Lalith Lenadora  who has accrued over 25 years' experience in the tea industry flew in especially from London.
Lenadora commented on the occasion, “I am delighted that our tea tasting service has been brought to Qatar for people to enjoy. As The East India Company has a direct relationship with the tea estates we works with, our teas are some of the freshest teas available and these events really give the opportunity to learn and appreciate some of the world’s finest and rare teas.”

“The dedicated tea lessons are ideal for corporate networking event, client appreciation evening, team-building, or simply a gathering of friends. During the tea tasting events participants are able to savour rare white varieties such as Golden Tips; subtle green teas such as Dragonwell and Buttery Oolongs from Taiwan; rich black teas such as Rainforest Lumbini and Darjeeling First Flush; as well as romantic flowering teas such as Sacred Heart and Thousand Year Red. It is our way of showing that there is a lot more to tea than what meets the eye,” commented Hanan El Basha, Managing Director of the Qatar Franchisee.

Monica and I had a wonderful experience learning and savouring different varieties of tea as well the delicious biscuits and chocolates available at the shop.

Lets have some tea?

Photoshop - blessing or curse?

Let's capture this moment to treasure forever! Click! Oh no...I look terrible :(
Wait...
No problem!
Everyone's best friend is here to save the moment! Let me introduce Miss Photoshop! Every girl's best friend.

Sometimes we capture a moment in the wrong way and photoshop fixes the problem -or one of the many photo enhancing apps to immediately retouch our flaws.

What a great thing! .... Well sort of...

Photoshop is a great thing but like plastic surgery should be used wisely and never overused. One can easily see if a picture is a bit too much photoshopped and there's nothing worse than seeing someone and thinking "Oh my God he/she looks nothing like his/her pictures" usually ending with a "looks much older/uglier/bigger".

As we all grow older is tough to accept age and all that comes with it but honestly no matter what we do, no matter how much photoshop, our age is our age and there's nothing more beautiful than aging gracefully accepting our flaws.
We should all die old and happy and just a little photoshop doesn't hurt anyone :)

Rules for enhancing:
- Do not overdo it
- Make sure face and neck are both enhanced :)
- Make sure face, neck and hands are all enhanced :)
- Barbie skin is for barbie only :)

Here are some examples of too much and just enough photoshop enjoy.
